How are we different?

Welcome to Sierra’s Structured Boarding! Unlike traditional free-for-all boarding, we provide a safe, structured environment where your dog’s well-being is our top priority. We understand how much your furry companion means to you, and while they’re in our care, they mean just as much to us.

To ensure their safety and comfort, all dogs stay in kennels when not supervised. This prevents unnecessary risks, such as interactions with unfamiliar dogs or access to off-limits areas. However, their stay will be filled with enriching activities! Your pup will enjoy daily walks, playtime in our spacious 1/4-acre backyard, and fun games like fetch.

Indoors, dogs who can hold “place” or stay on a dog bed will have the chance to relax comfortably while we’re home. Supervised chew time with a bone is also part of their routine, offering a calming and enjoyable experience.

Hi, I’m Sierra!

Pictured with me are my boyfriend, Blake, and our amazing two-year-old Goldendoodle, Cowboy. We rescued him when he was about 10 months old, and he has been the best companion ever!

I have several years of experience in dog training and boarding. I’ve had the incredible opportunity to learn from my cousin, @twelve18tendogtraining, who runs a successful dog training business. Through shadowing her, I’ve gained hands-on experience in balanced training and structured boarding.

I’m well-versed in the proper use of e-collars and incorporate them into training when appropriate—my own dog is trained on one, so I understand their daily use. However, I also have plenty of experience handling dogs without training tools, ensuring that every dog in my care is treated with the same level of love, attention, and respect.

At our home, you can trust that your dog will be safe, cared for, and treated like family!
